If you reload 30 carbine you can use these dies to reload 7.62 Nagant. You need a #6 shell holder for the 32/20 brass. Dies even put a nice crimp on the bullet.

I use the Nagant brass and .30 carbine dies with red dot powder .311 cast and sized bullet, did need to make a bullet seating stem to put the bullet below the case mouth...
